A 4-Star Texas Rising Star Provider Serving Austin & Buda Since 2004

At First Class CDC, we believe children learn best through play in a warm, nurturing environment. Our experienced teachers - many with over a decade at our centers - provide personalized care that meets each child where they are developmentally. With lower-than-required teacher ratios, research-based curriculum, and spacious natural outdoor play areas, we give children the foundation they need to thrive. Licensed by Texas Health and Human Services and consistently rated at the highest level by Texas Rising Star, we've been a trusted partner for Austin/Buda-area families for over 20 years.

About us

Why Austin & Buda Families Trust First Class CDC

  • 4-Star Texas Rising Star Rating: The highest quality designation awarded. We voluntarily participate in Texas Rising Star whose programs meet a level of quality that exceeds Child Care Regulation standards.
  • Lower Teacher Ratios Than Required: While state standards allow 1 teacher per 15 three-year-olds, having lower teacher ratios allow us to have more one-on-oneinterations, , more focused attention, and more engaged and happier children.
  • Experienced, Long-Tenured Staff: This continuity means children form lasting bonds with caregivers who truly connect with them.
  • Play-Based, Research-Backed Curriculum: Using Frog Street curriculum we blend intentional learning with the joy of childhood—academic experiences through purposeful play that builds school readiness; both socially and academically.
  • Exceptional Outdoor Spaces: Our playgrounds feature natural grass, mature trees, gardens, and room to run. Children connect with nature daily—and often see birds, rabbits or deer from the playground.
